Eviction Resolution Pilot Program
In light of Washington Engrossed Second Substitute Senate Bill 5160 (E2SSB5160), Mason County Superior Court announces the creation of the Mason County Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP). The ERPP Operates pursuant to a Standing Order, in cooperation with the Dispute Resolution Center – Thurston County, Northwest Justice Project and Thurston County Volunteer Legal Services
The Mason County Eviction Resolution Pilot Program is operational as described in Governor Inslee’s June 29,2021, Proclamation 21-09
Residential Unlawful Detainer (Eviction Actions) Recent Changes
Current Standing Orders:
Prior to filing an Unlawful Detainer action for nonpayment of rent, housing providers and tenants must participate in the ERPP, including the provision of required Notices and the filing of a Dispute Resolution Certificate of Participation.
