**This information includes most, but possibly not all requirements** During your inspection the inspector will be looking for:
Site address marked, for locations see permit condition
Building permit
Mason County approved building plans and site plan
All nailing or screws installed/complete.
Wallboard installed separating garage from residence, per approved plans.
Usable space under stairways protected with ½” wallboard.
Wallboard at interior braced wall panels nailed, and installed correctly, per approved plans
**Approved site plans are required to be on-site with the approved plans at all times**
Additional inspections may be necessary as required by the Building Official, Fire Marshal, other Mason County Department, or engineer or geologist of record.
All construction must conform to the Mason County approved building plans and is subject to field corrections
