All superior courts must permit petitions for protection orders and all other filings in connection with the petition to be submitted as preferred by the petitioner either: (i) In person; (ii) remotely through an electronic submission process; or (iii) by mail for persons who are incarcerated or who are otherwise unable to file in person or remotely through an electronic system.

The Mason County Clerk's Office has made electronic submissions available through the following email address: CPO-Clerk@Masoncountywa.gov. All petitions will be heard on the Superior Court Ex Parte Docket, Monday through Thursday at 3:30 p.m., and Fridays at 3:00 p.m. All submissions after 2:00 p.m. will be heard on the next judicial day. All Ex Parte Dockets may be accessed in person or by Zoom. Please contact Mason County Court Administration at (360) 427-8440 for the Zoom ID number.
