The 2008 Legislature passed a bill (SB 6204) that formally recognized the addition of Hood Canal’s south shore, now referred to as WRIA 14b, to the watershed management responsibilities of the WRIA 16 Watershed Team. The bill amended Chapter 90.82.060 RCW and took effect June 12, 2008. |
