Roosevelt Regional Landfill is a state-of-the-art operation that receives Mason County waste. Each year, Roosevelt creates enough energy to power more than 30,000 homes by converting methane gas to electricity. Republic Services' long-standing partnership with Klickitat County and the Klickitat County PUD is as important today as it was when Roosevelt was just a "sketch on the drawing board." Superior engineering, vigorous regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship are foundational elements of Roosevelt Regional Landfill.
