A Step by Step Mitigatopm Plan Guide
The Common Line Mitigation Plan can be prepared by homeowners or designers follwing the methodology below
Mitigation planting should incorporate multiple heights (multi-storied) and at least 5 different species of vegetation. At least 25% of the mitigation area must consist of large trees, small trees, and/or large shrubs. See Common Line Mitigation Manual Table B-3 for native plant species, separated by size, below.
