Zachary Zazueta
Zachary Zazueta originally left his home in the Phillips Lake area on foot unannounced on 11/21/21 near midnight without his wallet. His mother interrupted him attempting to enter his bedroom window and he left again on 11/24/21. He was 28 years old, 5’10”, and between 130-160 lbs at the time of his disappearance. Case #21-21446.

On 6/01/21 Shawn M. Paolino 5/18/85 was reported missing by his father. Shawn’s last known contact was on 01/07/21 in Belfair, WA. Shawn has since left that address and may have moved to the Bremerton area with an unknown female. None of Shawn’s contacted family and friends have reported seeing him in since January 2021.

Gavin Axel Lee
The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Gavin Axel Lee. On the afternoon of Wednesday 020520, a witness saw a grey Jeep drive on US Forest Service Road 2340 and park in the area of the High Steel Bridge. As of Friday 020720, the Jeep was still at the same location. The abandoned Jeep is registered to Gavin and was left unlocked with a window partially down. Gavin was last believed to be travelling from Ravensdale, WA to Sequim, WA on Wednesday 020420, but he never arrived. He has not been heard from since that afternoon and he can’t be reached by phone. Gavin is a Veteran suffering from PTSD and depression. Gavin has a tattoo on his upper right arm and one on his right calf. If you see Gavin or know of his location, call 911 or 360-426-4441. Carol Ferguson
Mason County Search and Rescue, Mason County Sheriff's Office and Surrounding Agencies are working hard to locate Carol Ferguson, a missing person out of Bremerton WA. MCSO is asking for the Public's Assistance for anyone Hiking, Hunting or Scouting in the Lena Lake Area starting around the Putvin Trailhead (See attached images and FS.USDA Link for details of the area). Kevin E. Lenting
On 10/06/09 at approximately 1110 hours, a missing person report was filed with the Mason County Sheriff's Office by family members of Kevin Lenting. Kevin wasw last seen in the Lilliwaup, WA area on 10/03/09 around 1030 hours. Kevin's vehicle, a tan Ford pick-up truck was located near the Skokomish George Bridge near Camp Govey and the Browns Creek Camp Ground. This bridge is also known as the Steel Bridge. Three different search & rescue missions were conducted in this area of the Skokomish River and the Olympic National Forest with negative results. According to family members, Kevin has had a history of heroine use and that he currently suffers from un-diagnosed bi-polar or schizophrenia. John Edward Fleshman
On Friday, July 30, 2004 , John Edward Fleshman, age 40, White Male, DOB: January 17, 1964 – 5'08" – 170 lbs, Brown hair, Blue eyes was reported missing. Information gathered during the investigation indicated that John left his Dayton area home, just outside of Shelton , on Wednesday afternoon, July 28, 2004 , for a walk and failed to return home. John is reported to be in good health and at the time of his departure. We were informed that John was wearing only blue jeans and black boots.
When the Mason County Sheriff's Office was advised of John Fleshman's disappearance, a search and rescue operation was initiated in a 50 square mile area surrounding his residence. Along with the Mason County Sheriff's Office, a helicopter from the King County Sheriff's Office, Pierce County German Shepherd Search Dogs, Kitsap County Explorer Search and Rescue, Thurston County Explorer Search and Rescue, Mason County Explorer Search and Rescue, Mason County Mobile Search and Rescue, and Mason County Fire District #16 participated in the search. In all, over 200 volunteers assisted in the search.
The search failed to located the whereabouts of John Fleshman. The Mason County Sheriff's Office is continuing the investigation into John Fleshman's disappearance and is following up on all leads.
