Mason County Superior Court Judges and Court Commissioners are authorized to officiate marriages in the state of Washington. A Mason County Judge or Court Commissioner may perform a wedding when the parties have obtained a Marriage License in any county within the state of Washington and the three-day waiting period has passed.

Ceremonies are performed at the County Courthouse on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday at 4:30 p.m. Weddings are performed by appointment only. Two witnesses are required and the cost is $50.00 cash. All members of the wedding party should be inside the courthouse by 4:15 p.m., as the courthouse closes at 4:30.
