Protection Orders
Are you are seeking a civil protection order? For more information on what kinds of protection orders are available, please see “Type of Orders and Where to go for Help” on the Mason County Clerk’s webpage. In order to obtain the necessary forms, you may go to the Mason County Clerk’s Office (Room 103 in the Mason County Main Courthouse) or you may find them online at the Washington State Courts website. Once you have filled out your forms, file them at the Mason County Clerk's Office.
Hearings Appearance and Guidelines
Protection Order hearings are held in person. However, either party may request that they and/or a witness be allowed to appear remotely.
